Your first session starts with a coach guiding you through the workout, explaining movements, and adjusting exercises to suit your fitness level or injuries.

Most of our members started with little or no strength training experience — they just showed up.

All you need to do is come as you are.
We’ll handle the rest.

AFTER WORK STRENGTH CLUB
Train in a small, coach-led group designed for busy professionals who want structure, accountability, and a supportive environment.
Sessions are intentionally capped at 8 participants to ensure every member receives proper coaching, technique guidance, and clear progression.

PERSONAL TRAINING
A fully personalised coaching experience designed around your goals, schedule, and training history.
Your coach works closely with you to develop a program that supports your progress while ensuring safe and effective training.
