New to Strength Training? 

Walking into a new gym can feel intimidating — Backyard Gym is designed so it doesn’t have to be.

Your first session starts with a coach guiding you through the workout, explaining movements, and adjusting exercises to suit your fitness level or injuries. 

Most of our members started with little or no strength training experience — they just showed up.

All you need to do is come as you are.

We’ll handle the rest.
